General Cancellation Policy

Telford Projects Pvt. Ltd. strives to offer flexible and fair cancellation policies for our services and courses. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations can be made and refunds issued.

Services Cancellation

Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 14 days' notice for the cancellation of any scheduled services. Cancellations made within this period will not incur additional charges.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total service fee.

Training and Certification Courses

Course Registration: Enrollment in courses is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of registration.
Cancellation by Participant:
- Up to 7 Days Before Course Start: Participants can cancel their registration up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund, minus a processing fee.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
Cancellation by Telford Projects:
- In the event that Telford Projects cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid or may choose to transfer their registration to another course of equivalent value.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request or course cancellation. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees, such as administrative or processing fees, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God, Telford Projects reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services and courses. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be offered as appropriate.
